Privacy Notice

Updated 15 September 2026

Who Runs This Site

Snagglee (snagglee.com) is operated by Luca Moretti, an individual based at 16 Carl St, Rural View QLD 4740, Australia. This site is not operated by a company — Luca Moretti is personally responsible for the content of this notice and for how the site handles information, and is the person to contact for any privacy question, using the details under "Contact and Complaints" below.

Scope of This Notice

This notice covers snagglee.com only. It explains what information the site can come into contact with when you browse it, where that information comes from, what it is used for, and what rights you have under Australian privacy law. Snagglee has no relationship with, and this notice does not cover, Google, Google Play, or any of the game developers or publishers whose products are reviewed on this site.

Information We Do Not Collect

Snagglee has no account system, no sign-up flow, no comment section and no contact form. Nothing on the site asks you to type in a name, an email address, a payment detail or any other personal information, and nothing on the site sends information anywhere when you click a button, open the cookie notice, or read a review. If you never send us an email, the only way any information about your visit is captured is through the automated hosting process described below.

Information Collected Automatically

Like almost every website, snagglee.com is served through a hosting and content-delivery network, Cloudflare, which needs certain technical information to deliver each page to your device and to keep the site secure from abuse. This can include your IP address, general device and browser information, the page you requested, the page you came from, and an approximate location derived from your IP address, typically no more precise than country or region. Cloudflare may also run a cookie-free analytics process (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that measures aggregate page-load performance and traffic without placing a cookie on your device or building an individual profile of your visit.

Where This Information Comes From

All of it comes directly from your own browser or device at the moment it requests a page from this site. Snagglee does not buy, receive or combine information about you from any third-party data broker, advertising network or social platform.

Why This Information Is Processed

This technical information is collected and used for one purpose: operating and securing the site, which is the purpose you would reasonably expect when requesting a web page (Australian Privacy Principles 3 and 6). It is not used to build an advertising profile, it is not sold, and it is not matched against any other information we hold, because we do not hold any other information about visitors.

How Long It Is Kept

Snagglee does not maintain its own visitor database or analytics dashboard. Any technical log data exists only within Cloudflare's infrastructure, retained for the short period Cloudflare's own security and service-delivery processes require, and is not exported, archived or reviewed by us on an individual level.

Where This Information Is Processed

Cloudflare operates a global network, which means the technical information described above may be processed on infrastructure located outside Australia, including in the United States, as part of routing your request to the nearest available server. This overseas handling is disclosed here in line with Australian Privacy Principle 8. We rely on Cloudflare's own security and data-handling commitments as our hosting and CDN provider; we do not separately transfer any visitor information overseas ourselves.

If You Email Us

If you choose to email [email protected], we keep that message and any reply for as long as reasonably needed to handle your question and to keep a record of the correspondence, and for no other purpose. We do not add your email address to a mailing list — there is not one — and we do not share it with anyone else.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask what personal information (such as an email you have sent us) we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong (APP 12 and APP 13). Because Snagglee holds so little information in the first place, most requests can be answered directly and quickly. To make a request, email [email protected] with "Privacy" in the subject line.

Contact and Complaints

Privacy questions or concerns go to Luca Moretti at [email protected], or by post to 16 Carl St, Rural View QLD 4740, Australia. If you are not satisfied with the response, or want to raise the matter independently, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at GPO Box 5218, Sydney NSW 2001, Australia, or via https://www.oaic.gov.au, which oversees compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Children

Snagglee is general-audience editorial content about free mobile games. It is not directed at children, does not ask for anyone's age, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Pages are served over HTTPS, encrypting the connection between your browser and the site in transit. Because Snagglee does not operate its own server-side database of visitor or form information, there is no such database to secure or that could be exposed in a breach on our end; the security of Cloudflare's own infrastructure is a matter for Cloudflare's published security practices.

Cookies

This notice covers personal information generally. For a plain breakdown of exactly what is and is not stored in your browser when you visit Snagglee, see the separate Cookie Disclosure page.

Changes to This Notice

If this notice needs to change — for example, if the site adds a feature that processes information differently — the update will be made directly on this page and the "Updated" date below will move forward. There is no mailing list to notify separately, since one has never existed.
