Snagglee is a one-person project, so there's no support desk behind it — just a direct line to the person who writes and keeps the site.
Write in for anything editorial: a correction to a fact card or a score you think is off, a question about how an icon or screenshot is used, or feedback on how a review reads. This isn't a customer support channel for any of the games themselves — for account or technical issues with a specific game, its own Google Play listing and developer contact are the right place to go.
There's no promise of a reply within a set time, but every message gets read.
